This isn’t for everyone, but I really do adore this Dolce & Gabbana dress that Molly Sims wore to the CFDA Fashion Awards. In fact it was my favorite dress from last week! Molly is someone who I sometimes forget about, but it’s moments like this that make me love her and her taste in fashion. You could argue the cocktail dress is a little overly dramatic, but as far as I’m concerned it really was the perfect choice for the annual fashion awards. I absolutely love the shape of the skirt and the print. If you haven’t noticed yet, look closely for Marilyn Monroe’s mug.

A buddy of mine was quite excited about this book, he just had to have it. He lent it to me to read, and I've only just finished reading it. I have to say it was quite amazing, but not in the way you'd think, well I don't really know if stories about drug addicts appeal to you. It's one of the most unique memoirs of addiction ever published, Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx shares mesmerizing diary entries from the year he spiraled out of control in a haze of herion and cocaine, presented alongside riveting commentary from people who were there at the time, and from Nikki himself.

When Motley Crue was at the height of its fame, there wasn't any drug Nikki wouldn't do. He spent days- sometimes alone, sometimes with other addicts, friends, and lovers- in a coke and heroin-fueled daze. I don't know why but I couldn't put the book down. In the book Nikki shares those diary entries- some poetic, some scatterbrained, some bizarre- and reflects on that time. I'd recommend you read it :)
